POLICE REPRESSION IN SACRAMENTO

( This story is about the victim who is faced with impossible demands from the law enforcement, failing which they destroy him and his family)

Local police ( or sheriff ) department is not only demanding that he should not stay at this place, (and US ) but should not work either. Later paragraphs prove that, not only they say this, but they mean this. It seems some people are pursuing their own agenda apart from what official policy is.  They are openly claiming that they would not let him get work, and, if he gets work, they would not let him stay at that job. Needless to say, they have actually succeeded in getting him out of several jobs in the past. Despite the fact that, THE VICTIM HAS MSEE(US)  AND IS PERMANENT RESIDENT ( So the rights that green card is supposed to give, are at the mercy of police ?)

The most appalling part of it is, they are openly claiming that they are illegitimate with impunity. That is probably the reason why they have never approached him in person with any demand or directions.  Written correspondence is, of course, out of question.

The main ploy they have adopted to accomplish their aim is, the so-called “monitoring” (invasion of privacy), by the use of sophisticated surveillance devices. Even worse is their round the clock diatribe against the victim. That goes on round the clock on loudspeakers, near residence, in East Parkway area and the place of work .

Lately, they started stating that he is blacklisted (blacklisted in what??). Because, so far, they have interfered in almost every activity of his-even sleep.  Is he the very first person in the world to be blacklisted? There has to be another reason, whether it is justified or not.

The so called ‘reason’ (crime committed by him ?) advanced by them is that he makes too many mistakes at any job he undertakes. They started asserting it at the outset of his career and continue to date. His being able to secure two technical degrees, with above average points is "just a coincidence" they say.

Recently, they have started stating they are only punishing him. That means they decided to jump to the 'punishment phase' all by themselves, right after the complaint, without involving courts, defense, judge, jury, or even laws. It seems, a novel department of ‘justice’ is running this operation. This punishment has lasted almost his life span and, is still on (sentenced for life?).

They seem to imply that he is the only human being who ever made an honest mistake. Hence the exemplary deterrent punishment, regardless of the fact, that he has spotless criminal record.

It is believed that a complaint against him was filed (in Texas) at the outset of his career which was racially motivated, and the orders resulting from it, made it certain that he stays miserable throughout his life, because he does belong to a minority community.

 This terrible precedent would never have been established,  just because someone made some apparently honest mistake at the outset of one’s career or, only because he or she is blacklisted. HIS RACE PLAYED A MAJOR PART. It looks very much a case of extremely racially motivated treatment (punishment) of a normal, run of the mill situation. As if, somebody was waiting for an opportunity to destroy. By pursuing the “monitoring” they had netted a huge reward in punishment by breaking up his family (any similarity with apartheid regime treatment of mixed couples?). Hence their courage to continue was renewed.

It is anybody’s guess, as to, what they may be planning for him in future.

Does anyone smell vengeance in it? Or, the reasons behind it?
